Rowan Four Projects – Big Wool Brights by Quail Studio
A 4-projects collection from Quail Studio celebrating the ever-popular Rowan Big Wool‘s exciting new bright shades.
The projects include:
Oasis Jumper – Entrelac sleeves make a real statement on this over-sized slouchy sweater whilst the boxy silhouette adds a timeless quality. Knit in Big Wool. Suitable for an intermediate knitter, this project takes 11 balls of Rowan Big Wool.
Pumpkin Snood – Big Wool makes a statement in the textured stitch pattern of this generous snood that can be worn long or doubled for extra warmth. Knit in one piece and joined together to make a loop, it’s a great introduction to knit and purl stitch combinations. Perfect for a beginner knitter, this project takes just two balls of Rowan Big Wool.
Citron Hat – This Stocking stitch beanie makes a colorful statement in Big Wool, whether worked in one colour or two. Choose from a deep ribbed cuff or simple rolled edge, and top it off with a Rowan vegan pompom. Just a few hours is all it takes to make. Suitable for a beginner knitter, this project takes one ball or Rowan Big Wool for a single colour knit or two balls of contrasting colours for a two colour knit.
Ceris Cardigan – This statement Aran coat features gorgeous honeycomb detailing and oversized diamond cables on a reverse Stocking stich background. The chunky texture of Big Wool adds depth to these strong stitches, and a lovely wide wrap collar makes it extra cozy. This project is suitable for an intermediate knitter and takes 13 balls of Rowan Big Wool.
