In the event that the goods ordered are not available your order will be refunded. If you wish your order to remain open until further stock arrives, you will need to inform us as this is not an automated procedure. Where an order cannot be fulfilled because the goods ordered are not available we make no guarantee that further stock will become available at a later date, or at all. We make every effort to have accurate stock levels available on site but this cannot be guaranteed.

We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that:
- packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
- the weights and dimensions shown on the Website are approximate only
- whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
- advertised prices do not include VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Your account will be charged at the point of purchase but some goods may be dyed to order and will be ready to despatch at a later date.
- no credit accounts are available.

In the event your purchase is unsuitable you may return it within 28 days for a refund only. Returned goods must be in original condition and with their original packaging. In instances where your return contravenes these conditions (i.e. damaged or defaced) you will incur a charge to reflect the impact this will have on re-selling the product. Please note we do not offer refunds on patterns and books.
In the unlikely and rare event that your purchase is supplied with a material or manufacturing fault, please contact us via telephone or email within 14 days and return it to us for inspection at the earliest opportunity. You may make your return to our returns address below. Please note that if you delay or continue to use the product after you’ve identified a fault you may not be entitled to a full refund. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cause the fault through misuse or lack of care.

Unwanted Items & Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. The right to cancel can be exercised in writing (e-mail: email@example.com) or in another durable medium (post). The goods must be returned in their original unworn condition within 14 days of the cancel notification, together with all original packaging & MUST contain your packing slip. Provided these terms are complied with a refund will be authorized to you by the same means used for your original purchase – i.e credit or debit card used for the original transaction. Carriage charges incurred by you to return cancelled orders are not refundable.

Non received items
In the rare event your delivery is not received but the tracking details confirm that the parcel has been delivered and signed for at the address on the order and you state you have not received the item. We have no option but to open a claim with the courier, this will take 45 business days (approximately 2 months) for the courier to settle the claim one way or the other. They will not allow us to chase the claim until this period has passed. If your parcel is not received and the tracking details do not confirm that the item has been delivered correctly or at all, we will replace or refund your order within 10 days of being notified. We regret we cannot refund / replace orders in the event that the tracking shows that the goods have been signed for at the correct address until the courier accepts our claim to the contrary. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
