Following the enormous success of our Beatrix Potter, Brambly Hedge and Paddington Sock Yarn Boxes, Baa Baa Brighouse is introducing a brand new monthly sock box inspired by the Anne of Green Gables series of books by L. M. Montgomery.

Each month, we will create a box specifically designed for sock knitters based on the adventures of ‘Anne with an E’. There are six books in the series and there will therefore be six sock boxes to collect.

Boxes will contain a 100g skein of 100% British Bluefaced Leicester 4 Ply High Twist Hand Dyed Sock Yarn and a contrasting 25g mini skein, perfect for heels, toes and cuffs. Boxes will also include a paperback copy of that month’s book as well as a number of Anne inspired extras.

Box One will be available to purchase until Monday April 22nd and will be posted out shortly afterwards. Box One will be inspired by ‘Anne of Green Gables’, the first book in the series, which was originally published in 1908.
