Brand new from Baa Baa Brighouse is our William Morris Yarn Collection inspired by some of the father of the Arts and Craft Movement’s most iconic designs.

These yarns are all hand painted to order so please allow extra time for their creation from placing your order to delivery.

The Arts and Crafts Movement was a reaction to mass production and a celebration of unique, handcrafted pieces that took time, skill and knowledge to create, often inspired by the natural world. Hand painted yarns inspired by Morris’ work is a perfect fit for this ethos.

Here, you will find yarns that take their cue from the likes of Morris’ well-known Strawberry Thief, the famous wallpaper of St James’ Palace as well as the deep, vibrant hues of Morris’ Birds design.

Each 100g skein is a unique hand painted 100% British Bluefaced Leicester high twist 4 ply sock yarn and because of the very nature of the dyeing process, there will be subtle differences between skeins of the same name.
